An Administrative Assistant to General Manager is responsible for providing comprehensive secretarial, administrative and support services to the General Manager.
Job Content:
- Providing support to General Manager
- Organizing company conferences and other special events
- Coordinating internal meetings including minutes taking, agenda preparation, room booking, refreshments, equipment
- Managing calls and messages for/from GM
- Preparing presentations in Power Point
- Office management (flight and hotel bookings, transfers, travel expenses, other needed activities)
- Providing administrative support to members of management team
- Communicating with business partners as necessary
- Preparing and distributing regular reports (weekly, monthly, etc.)
- Creating orders in SAP
What we expect from successful candidate:
University degree preferred
Min. 2 years experience in assistant position
English: Fully proficient, both oral and written
Advanced level with MS Office, especially Power Point
SAP experience preferred
Detail-oriented mindset
Excellent communication skills and ability to adjust communication style to different people
Willingness to take actions to improve own performance and results
Highly organized; able to prioritize busy and varied workload
Team work oriented
